Archer is a Quantum Element character who follows the Path of the Hunt, specializing in dealing massive single-target damage through his Skill-enhancing Circuit Connection state. While in this state, Archer can repeatedly use his Skill up to five times or until he runs out of Skill Points, making him a burst-heavy but Skill Point-hungry DPS. To support this playstyle, his Talent’s Follow-up Attack helps recover Skill Points, and he can also raise the team’s Skill Point limit by 2, offering some self-sustain. However, to keep up his offensive momentum, Archer performs best with support characters like Hanya and Sparkle, who can replenish Skill Points consistently and help extend his uptime in Circuit Connection.

If the target has a Quantum Weakness, the DEF Ignore effect is doubled, making it even more powerful. This synergy with his element makes it his best Cavern Relic set, maximizing his single-target burst potential, especially against Quantum-weak enemies.

The best way to maximize Archer’s high DMG output is by reaching 100% CRIT Rate and having at least 2600 ATK. This ensures his Skills consistently land critical hits during Circuit Connection, making full use of his burst window. He also gains CRIT DMG naturally from his Bonus Ability, allowing you to focus on building ATK and CRIT Rate for optimal performance.

This is Archer’s signature Light Cone, and it perfectly complements his kit. The ATK buff it provides is easy for Archer to trigger, especially during his Circuit Connection state where he uses his Skill repeatedly. This makes it an ideal pick, boosting his damage consistently throughout his burst window.

When using Ultimate to attack the enemy target, the wearer receives the Disputation effect, which increases DMG dealt by 36~60% and enables their follow-up attacks to ignore 24~40% of the target's DEF. This effect lasts for 2 turns.
To fully utilize this Light Cone, Archer should be paired with characters who can inflict debuffs, such as Silver Wolf, Pela, or Cipher.

After the wearer uses a follow-up attack, inflicts the target with the Tame state, stacking up to 2 time(s). To maximize this Light Cone’s Tame stacks, Archer and his allies should focus on a single target. This allows Archer to quickly build up stacks and unleash significantly higher DMG.

Despite its flaw of losing its DMG boost after switching targets, Swordplay remains a reliable Light Cone for Archer. His ability to consistently spam his Skill allows him to quickly build and maintain the DMG bonus against single targets.
